I like Santo Domingo
What about Cartagena dude! It may not have the snap of GIG or EZE, but as far a beauty (not only the setting but the people too), it should rank up there on the list.
I have to disagree on Santo Domingo but certainly agree on Cartagena as one of my favorite places in Latin America. Also, from some emails I am getting, I agree with Bill about Vina del Mar for sure but I don’t really consider it a city-same with Cartagena but then i suppose you could argue Cuzco isn’t really a city either so…Also, I got a few people saying they liked Lima. I don’t particularly like Lima but I know that some people do, one of those love it or hate it places. Also, Sao Paolo is definitely not on my top 10 list, let alone top 5. I do like Caracas for sure and Panama City, San Jose and Antigua as well. Oh ya and Montevideo is fun as well but not nearly good enough to make a top 5 list.
Santiago, Chile is fun and I definitely agree about Buenos Aires and Rio at the top of the list.
